Today was day one of level two doing the 30 Day Shred.

Holy COW.

We bought my some two pound hand weights yesterday and today was my first chance to use them.

Again, HOLY COW.

I can handle the traveling pushups, but the pendulum lunges?!

How about the cardio? Wow, is level two going to kick my butt!

At least it shall hopefully kick some inches off of my butt.
