Tomorrow is my weigh-in day and I’m dreading it because I know I’ve been a bad girl.

I’m currently watching The Biggest Loser, like I do every week, and I bawled because the college student gave his year of groceries to the mom of five kids. I love this show.

I’m kind of restarting my diet tomorrow. The past few weeks I’ve slacked and overate. When I got sick, I stopped exercising and got off my routine. Tomorrow I plan to get back into my routine by doing some Wii Fit boxing and aerobics! I feel so much better after exercising, I’m surprised I always let myself slip into this slump.

The show is back on and I must get back to studying.
