I’m not gonna lie, I had a small gain this week. However, if you’ve been around me, you know that it was in a sense, a big gain. You see, I lost a few pounds over the course of this week, and I gained them back before today. I weight myself daily (Wii Fit) and I was steadily going down this week. However, it’s a miracle I only had a slight gain.

I gained .6 lbs this week and I am not ashamed. I do really well during the week because I do a set amount of points that I take with me. It’s hard to fall of the wagon if you have plenty of food with you, it’s just all point friendly.

This week I also exercised a LOT. I did the Wii Fit several times and then Friday and Saturday Gray and I visited the school gym. We biked, played racquetball, and I did some running. I even ran last night during the Superbowl!

This week the goal is to continue losing some weight, exercise more, and stay on top of it all.

    I too am a fan of the wii fit. I am happy to read someone who is not self hating because of a small gain. Keep on losing sista.

    Katrina » Thanks, I try not to self-hate because I know I'm still trying and it's working. I knew I'd have a small gain because of extra salt (Water retention). Thanks for visiting, isn't the wii fit amazing?!
