So, a few months ago I went to see The Other Boleyn Girl at the theater and saw a preview for The Happening. I was excited because M. Night is my favorite movie director. I don’t care that he cast himself as the lead in Lady in the Water, it was still a great movie! Anyway, I was excited but totally forgot about it until a few days ago. This afternoon I drug Gray to go see it and am thoroughly convinced that he is a movie making genius and I’d stalk him like a crazy fan, if he wasn’t living in Pennsylvania…(the whole gas price thing has me not leaving Murfreesboro for a while)

Anyway, the movie was great, it had me on my edge (and hiding quite a bit, it’s rather gory at times) and I didn’t want to believe it in the end. I know not everyone shares my taste in movies, but regardless of whatever you think, that movie is freaky.

Gray and I were originally supposed to go to a wedding tonight but our truck (yes, one vehicle, we’re poor) has been acting up and the drive there and back would have cost some gas money that we need to save to pay for bills, so we didn’t go. Instead, I watched Pippi Longstocking from Netflix. At first, I definitely wondered what I was thinking in renting it, but then I remembered my childhood, complete with wanting to be her for Halloween. I also remembered last summer in Sweden where Pippi merchandise was everywhere

Other than the truck messing up, my week went by with a lot of fun. I got to see my old roommates and watch The Other Boleyn Girl with them and believe it or not, that movie sucked less the second time around. That could have been because we mocked it relentlessly.

Not a lot is going on, besides my job search, but that’s another post entirely.

    Wait, he's in Pennsylvania?!

I'm glad you gave it a good review. I can't wait to see it this week.
